My name is Minh-Quyen Nguyen, and I’m a design leader driven by creating meaningful, user-centred experiences that make a real impact. With a background in graphic design, UX and marketing, I bring a strong blend of creative craft and strategic thinking to my work.

My knowledge in UX design allows me combine design, strategy, and problem-solving in a more purposeful way, focusing not just on how things look, but how they work and how they improve people’s everyday lives.

I’m passionate about building and leading strong design teams by uplifting others, mentoring designers, and helping them grow both their skills and confidence. I believe great work happens in environments where people feel supported, challenged, and empowered to share ideas.

Sharing and openness is a first principle. Being able to articulate with reason, accepting and digesting criticism is key to improving both ways of working and quality of design.
REMEMBER WHO YOU ARE DESIGNING FOR
Customers first. Always consider the customer's perspective - who the design is for and in what way will the design help their online experience.
PLAY AS A TEAM
Collaboration is key. For a successful outcome clear communication and strategic planning is required in order to achieve a strong and meaningful design.

No one is perfect - there is always room for improvement. I believe in continually working and learning on ways to improve my skillset; willingness to learn is key to the achievements gained.
