PAWFECT PALS
Pawfect Pals is an online community that allows dog owners to book a dog walker in either on short notice, or regularly. It will also allow people who are interested in becoming a dog walker to register.
Scope
The Pawfect Pals platform will offer users a seamless and convenient way to effortlessly browse and book available dog walkers. With a user-friendly design, the platform will ensure easy navigation, allowing users to swiftly explore the site and create an account. The account functionality will not only enable users to save their past transactions, but also streamline future bookings for a hassle-free experience. In addition to connecting dog owners with walkers, the platform should also provide an opportunity for users to become dog walkers themselves. A comprehensive set of tools is offered to walkers, empowering them to enhance their profile through features such as customer reviews. Furthermore, the platform will facilitate direct communication between walkers and potential clients, fostering the establishment of meaningful relationships within the community. Through the Pawfect Pals platform, both dog owners and walkers can enjoy a seamless and enriching experience, strengthening the bond between pets and their caregivers.
Look & Feel
By conducting thorough research on competitors, I gained valuable insights to inform our creative direction. Building upon this knowledge, a mood board that served as a visual foundation was created. With a carefully crafted logo, thoughtfully selected colour palette, and chosen fonts, we established a cohesive and distinctive brand identity. To elevate the overall aesthetics, illustrations and imagery were thoughtfully incorporated, ensuring a visually captivating experience. I then designed a wide range of components and elements, harmoniously bringing the brand to life across various touch points.
To ensure a seamless user experience, I initiated the interface design process by creating user flow diagram. This approach allowed me to identify and address any potential friction points, redundancies, or confusing elements within the system. By establishing this structural framework, I was then able to organise and refine the flow, creating an optimised and intuitive user journey.

I designed a vibrant and engaging interface that perfectly complemented the brand's voice which was assuring dog owners that our online community was a friendly and trustworthy platform for their beloved pets. The lighthearted and playful approach aimed to instil confidence in Pawfect Pal's users. After signing up to join the community, users gained access to a range of features, including the ability to browse and book dog walkers. To further build trust, I incorporated a chat functionality that allowed users to communicate directly with the walkers, fostering open dialogue and providing reassurance in their selection process.
