Trade online / app
​The Trade app was developed with the intention for users to gain easy access to all their Mitre 10 accounts on the one platform. This is where tradies are able to manage their business across multiple stores as well as multiple accounts and connect with accounting software to help make running their business easier.​

Not only did the design of the app - various user flows and functionality needed to be developed, but also the look and feel of the brand had to be established. Colouring, logos and other components needed to reflect the Mitre 10 brand but have a clear differentiation between the Trade customer vs DIY customer as this was for 'Mitre 10 Trade'.

Trade icons created help to visually differentiate key Trade features and services from Mitre 10 DIY features and services.
Trade App
LOGIN SEQUENCE
The newly designed Trade App features a login sequence, promoting key customer benefits.
CASH DISCOUNT
The Cash Discount section offers standard Trade customers the ability to access discounts, as well as view transactions and invoices.
TRADE ACCOUNT
The Trade Account section for larger Trade customers allows for more functionality, such as the
Quote Builder and Trade Assist features.
Omni-channel Experience
Ensuring the Mitre 10 Trade visual style carries over into Trade Online in order to establish a seamless omni-channel experience - eDMs, socials, website and POS.
