
MIGHTY REWARDS

Mighty Rewards is a loyalty program implemented by Mitre 10 to incentivise and reward customers for their repeat purchases, engagement, and loyalty to the brand. It also provides valuable insights into customer behaviour and preferences, enabling the business to personalise their marketing efforts and tailor offers to individual customers.
The Problem
In a strategic move, Mitre 10 decided to part ways with Scott Cam, paving the way for a comprehensive revitalisation of its loyalty program and an opportunity to establish a more impactful brand presence. It became imperative that in order to establish a more consistent and cohesive visual approach, I needed to ensure that iconography styles align across all creatives and enforce a stricter adherence to brand guidelines. This concerted effort would not only enhance the overall brand identity but also foster a stronger and more unified brand presence across various touch points. Furthermore, this refresh involved the introduction of innovative systems, including an updated point system with tiered benefits. To seamlessly incorporate these enhancements, I was required to design new components and implement user flows that complemented the online customer journey, to create an engaging experience for Mitre 10's valued users.
Before
Upon observation the Mighty Rewards look and feel lacked cohesion. Different iconography styles were being utilised across creatives, resulting in a lack of visual harmony. Additionally, variations in the styling of artwork stemmed from a more relaxed adherence to brand guidelines, ultimately diluting the brand's impact.



Final Design
I embarked on a creative journey to develop new iconography that seamlessly integrated with Mitre 10's established look and feel. This involved the creation of captivating tier badges, visually appealing tables, and fresh creative assets, all carefully designed while staying true to the brand's identity.

Building upon this new style, I then applied it to various digital assets like web banners, eDMs and socials. The redesigned landing page aimed at not only engaging visitors but also providing them with valuable information to inspire new sign-ups. Furthermore, I elevated the member login experience by integrating the new visual elements, while also introducing informative components that provided members with real-time updates on their account status, rewards, and purchase history. Through these enhancements, we not only transformed the brand's online presence but also fostered a more engaging and personalised experience for users.
